General Information
Classes are taught at the Michaels store in Mays Landing (between Target and Best Buy in Consumer Square). Please sign up for the course in person at the store at least 24 hours before the first night of classes. Be sure to get a course syllabus when you sign up in case the course you are taking requires supplies on the first night of class (courses 2, 3 and Fondant & Gum Paste). Course syllabus also includes a coupon for Wilton product!

Hi Corinne! I'm so proud of my cake from last class! The only problem is that nobody wants to cut into it!! It was super fun taking your class and I can't wait until the next one!
Corinne! Thanks for being so patient as I fumbled thru your class. The people I gave my cake to said it was great. (OH MY) I was going to ask that you not post my frankenstein cake but thought maybe it will inspire anyone who may be feelin "not-quite-up" for it. Besides....you are an AWESOME teacher. Can't believe it, but I'm going for #3. Now, if I can stop eating the evidence...........
Corinne, I was so pleased to hear from you, and to hear about a baby! My, things do change. On a cakier note....did I ever send you photo's of the wedding cake and groom's cake I made after Class #3? They turned out very well, if I do say so myself, and all thanks go to you. You are a terrific teacher, and I learned so much in those three courses. I even made hundreds of my own fondant pearls for the cake and of course roses and stephanotis. Now if you only get around to Course #4 ....hehehe....sign me up!!!!
